o Establish a manpower requirement plan that includes details of position, duties and responsibilities, education requirements, experience requirements, personal requirements, salaries, working hours, etc. Induction of the planned manpower, training, performance appraisals, etc.
o Insurance – Fire All Risk insurance, Product Liability Insurance, Health Insurance, Social Insurance, vehicle insurance, Travel insurance.
